PRIVACY NOTICE
How EZRevenue handles personal information
This notice explains the information EZRevenue collects, why it is needed, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Account and organization information, such as name, work email, company, role, and authentication identifiers.
Strategy-request information, including company context, goals, preferred call window, source attribution, consent record, and the content you choose to provide.
Service records needed to operate an account, including payout terms, approvals, project work, files, integration state, billing records, and audit history.
On public pages, EZRevenue records minimized first-party page, campaign, and interaction events linked to random visitor and session identifiers. We retain only the referrer origin, not its path or query string, and do not store a raw network address in acquisition analytics.
Security and reliability data, such as abuse-verification results, pseudonymous network hashes, timestamps, browser metadata, and application logs.
Why we use it
To evaluate and respond to an inquiry, create and secure an account, deliver the requested service, verify results, administer billing, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
First-party acquisition measurement helps us understand which pages and campaigns lead to account creation, strategy requests, activation, and funded deposits. Browser interactions are kept separate from server-confirmed business milestones so observed activity is not presented as a completed transaction.
We do not use a strategy request as permission for unrelated promotional email. Any future marketing subscription must be a separate opt-in with an unsubscribe path.
Service providers and location
EZRevenue uses specialized providers for hosting, authentication, database and private file storage, payment processing, abuse prevention, communications, and operational monitoring. Those providers process only the information needed for their role under their own security and privacy obligations.
Information may be processed outside your province or country and can be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where a provider operates.
The active acquisition collector is first-party. It does not load an advertising pixel or disclose the event stream to an advertising platform.
Retention and safeguards
Unconverted strategy requests are assigned a 24-month retention date and may be erased earlier when no longer required or when a valid deletion request is completed. Client, billing, security, and audit records may require different retention periods.
Raw acquisition events expire after 395 days. De-identified daily counts can remain for historical operating comparisons after visitor and session identifiers are removed.
Access is restricted by role. Private project files use non-public storage and short-lived signed downloads. Sensitive credentials remain server-side, and operational changes create durable history where required.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information EZRevenue holds about you, request a correction, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion where retention is not required by law, contract, fraud prevention, or an active dispute.
Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off. Essential account, payment, security, and request records continue only when needed to provide those services.
Send privacy requests to hello@ezrevenue.ca. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record.
